Our selections rotate weekly. Everything is hand crafted in small batches so most items are only a few days to a week away.
We highly recommend calling and placing an order if you are looking for something specific.
If an item is not available, we can add you to our call list–we will give you a call the next time we make that item. Sausage is available in bulk (no casing) or as a sausage. They can be ready fresh or flash frozen. Our frozen selection is flash frozen from fresh. Just 15 minutes under running cold water and any frozen item will be thawed and ready to cook.
When you place an order, let us know how much you would like (either a number of items or a weight), if you would like it fresh or frozen, and what size packages you would prefer. We are happy to help!
